Convenient location near TOBA aquarium, bus and train stations, and souvenir shops. Helpful and accommodating staff. Japanese old style ambiance for an authentic experience. Adjacent bath house for easy access to Japanese-style bathing.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had a great stay at this traditional Japanese-style hotel. Located in a very quiet area at night, the location is super convenient, being just a short walk from both the train and bus stations. Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful sea view. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. the onsen was also a great plus, providing a relaxing escape from our busy day. We loved the authentic Japanese breakfast, served in our room!
There was a slight moldy smell in the bathroom, which could have been improved.

The hot bath and the traditional room were the best aspects of our stay. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and the Mikimoto museum and aquarium. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay during Christmas partially enjoyable.
The hotel needs some updating. The rooms were drafty and the beds were uncomfortable.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was super close to the JR station and only a short walk from the train platform. Additionally, we appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night despite being located near the railway. The breakfast was also a highlight of our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

The hotel is conveniently located near bus and train stations, making it easy to get around. the Japanese-style ambiance of the hotel is a unique experience for visitors, and the adjacent bath house is a great addition. the staff is accommodating and friendly.
The hotel's exterior leaves something to be desired and the noise level can be quite high during the day and evening. the room could use some updating and the bed was uncomfortably hard.
